There’s no doubt about it. Joining a fitness class is just about the easiest way to get that lean and toned body. Not only do you get to mingle and have a ‘tête-à-tête’ between workouts, you’re sure to be motivated when sweating it out with like-minded individuals.
And we’re all for that! That’s why we offer different classes every day, from Mondays to Fridays 730–830 pm. Covering a wide range of workouts from low-intensity exercises to fat-blitzing, action-packed training, our classes will make you look forward to hitting the gym, week after week.
As classes are extremely popular, do register in advance to secure your spot. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
