Power Vinyasa Yoga
Tune your mind and body as you control your breathing in this challenging yoga class. The Sanskrit word for ‘connection’, Vinyasa trains you to synchronise each breath as you move from one pose to the next.
Breathe deeply as you work through a progressive series of power poses that will relax and energise you on each inhale and exhale. Focus your mind and feel the stress flow off you as you stretch and twist your body into different positions. Namaste.
Power Vinyasa Yoga Instructor Herna
A highly trained yoga instructor, Herna’s fitness philosophy is that fitness and health should be an integral part of one’s lifestyle. With the personal mantra ‘Whatever you want is on the other side of fear’, she encourages and pushes her students to build perseverance and stronger bodies through yoga. A certified 200HR RYT and 100HR in Yoga Therapy, Herna practices and teaches Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Power, Ashtanga, Core, Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga and Pilates Mat.
